Alex Chakar has spent 14 years working actively on prominent projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. He spent 2 years working with Mazaraki  Architects  as Site Project Architect on the Intercontinental Long Stay (Serviced Apartments) and Long Stay (Leased Apartments) in Dubai Festival City.

From 2006-2018 working with BHNS as Managing Director, Alex oversaw all projects for major property developers including Emaar, Damac , Abyaar and other Private developers and high-endhome owners. The projects ranged from 72-storey Mixed Developments with more than 100,000 m2 of floor space to gated communities with 2200 luxury villas as well as private villas with a construction value of $9M AUD each.
